Nathan Heber has a passion for helping the average person get justice against powerful and often heavily lawyered corporations and organizations. He draws on more than a decade of experience in the private and public sectors. He has worked as a deputy prosecutor, a civil litigator in private practice, and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney.
In addition to litigating hundreds of cases before state and federal district courts, Nathan has extensive appellate experience that includes serving as lead counsel in more than twenty federal circuit appeals in the Fourth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. This experience equips Nathan to handle all aspects of civil litigation.
Nathan graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with high honors. While at IU, he earned the Elfrieda Lang Award for outstanding performance in the History Honors Program and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Nathan then earned a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics in 2008. In 2011, Nathan graduated from Emory University School of Law with honors. While at Emory, Nathan received numerous awards including Top 10% Oralist, the Attorney’s Title Fund Guarantee Award for academic excellence, and Dean’s Awards for earning the highest grades in courses.
Nathan lives in Atlanta, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two rescue dogs.
